Cancellation & Refund Policy

(Packaged & Non-Packaged)

If you cancel:
We want to make the decision to pursue your calling as easy and risk free as possible.  For that reason, we offer from time of purchase, a 30-day money back guarantee (less associated expenses e.g. booking/merchant etc.) on the price you paid for a non-packaged online product, such as the Discover Your Calling (DYC) Course.

For packaged products, we also offer from time of purchase, a 30-day money back guarantee (less associated expenses e.g. booking/merchant etc.) if you change your mind before commencing the Online and Personal Coaching Sessions.
– This does not include the Introductory Coaching Session, so a full refund less associated expenses will still apply if only the Introductory Session was used.
– A pro-rata refund will be issued on any unused Personal Coaching Sessions. Used coaching sessions will be accounted for at the standard rate i.e 1 – 2 sessions @ $145 each, 3+ sessions @ $125 each.
– The 30-day money back guarantee (less associated expenses e.g. booking/merchant etc.) remains for the Discover Your Calling Course even if you have commenced/completed it. Refund for the course is accounted for at the packaged rate of $697.

Non-packaged means you’ve purchased the product, without the inclusion of additional coaching services and/or third-party products e.g. Leading From Your Strengths (LFYS) Profile

If coaching services were included in your package, please refer to the above and/or to the cancellation policy contained within your individual agreement.

If third-party products were included either promotionally or as an additional expense, the recommended retail cost of these items (after currency conversion) will be deducted from the price you paid for the bundle/package/promotion etc.

Continued Access:
Our primary motivation is to see you succeed in pursuing your life calling.  For this reason, if you do cancel, we’ll follow up with a short survey requesting your feedback to help us improve.

When completing the brief online survey you’ll be given an option to retain access to the online course material you have requested a refund on.  You are welcome to access material at a later date if you so choose.


If you cancel
We understand sometimes the unavoidable happens.  If cancelling a live-event, please do so at least 72 hours (3 days) prior to course commencement.  You’ll be issued a refund of the course fee paid, less $50 per person and less any additionally incurred expenses.  E.g. merchant booking fees, room hire (if applicable), printing etc.

We cannot offer a full-refund for cancellations made within 72 hours of course commencement. We can offer a credit for any unused potion of fees paid, after all associated costs have been covered.

If we cancel
In the unlikely event we don’t have enough participants to viably run a course, workshop, speaking engagement etc., Equipe Coaching & Counselling reserves the right to cancel.  Every effort will be made to notify registered participants with as much notice as possible.  Alternate options or relevant refunds will be issued.


Personalised client agreements will be drawn up prior to individual or group coaching/counselling sessions, and Client’s are expected to make every effort to commence the session(s) on time. 

In the event either Client or Coach/Counsellor needs to reschedule a session(s), both parties agree to give the other party a minimum twenty-four (24) hours’ notice (wherever possible) to reschedule for another mutually agreeable date and time.

If the Client reschedules a standard coaching or counselling session with more than 1 full working days’ notice (i.e. 24hrs), the Client will incur no fee. 

If the Client requests a rescheduled session within 24 hrs of their appointment, the Coach/Counsellor will attempt in good faith to reschedule the meeting.  The Coach reserves the right to bill Client for a missed meeting.

If the Client’s chooses not to reschedule a session and instead requests (in writing) to cancel any future session(s) with more than 1 full working days’ notice (i.e., 24hrs Monday-Friday, ), a refund will be issued on a pro-rata basis for any unused portion of a services offered, less any associated transaction fees.  Written notice of cancellation requests should be made directly to the Coach/Counsellor via their associated email address, and cc’d to

Clients cancelling within 1 full working day (24hrs Monday-Friday) of their appointment time will incur a 50% cancellation fee **This includes cancelling on a Friday for a following Monday session.

Clients cancelling on the day or failing to attend their appointment incur the full fee payable (100%) for a missed session(s).

At Equipe Coaching & Counselling, we understand that at times life can be extremely challenging, and attending regular scheduled appointments might become difficult for you. Should you find you need to repeatedly rescheduling sessions, or do not attend your scheduled session without notice on multiple occasions, we may terminate sessions with you until such a time that your life circumstances afford you the capacity to commit to consistently.
